Which event or events would you like to participate
in?
1) Men Singles; 2)
Women Singles; and or
3) Mixed Doubles.
Registration fee is payable at the door ($5.00
for each CAAT / USFAA / USFCSSA member; $7.00 for each non-CAAT / USFAA / USFCSSA member).
Prizes
An awards ceremony will be held immediately after
all competitions to recognize first, second and third places of each event.
Equipment
Please bring your own table tennis paddles. Balls
will be provided on site.

Dear all members and friends,
Once again, the Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner. To celebrate it, CAAT / USF CSSA are going to hold a party at USF Marshall
Center. Now you all are cordially invited to join us for the fun party with music, delicious moon cakes, 14 fantastic
performances, etc. Please see the following information about the party:

All Non-CAAT Members:
$5.00/each adult, $3.00/each child, free for children under 3 years old.
Membership Renewal/Sign-up:
CAAT Membership renewal and new membership sign-up
are processed at the door ($15 for family and $10 for individual annual membership.) As for the application form, you
may also download the application form here,and fill in the form in advance and bring it to the admission booth at
the door on the event day.
It's wonderful time for social networking. Please
come and join us for the celebration of the traditional Chinese festival. We are looking forward to seeing you
all at the party on this coming Sunday.
